Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal product meetings in Finnish and English
• Process ticket applications professionally, positively, and efficiently
• Resolve administrative tasks in accordance with offered services and business procedures
• Perform risk assessment, AML assessment, and KYC verification
• Manage and process ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and other relevant AML tasks
• Provide high-quality customer service and solutions for LAKA, Partner, and SME DK/NO customer segments
• Advise and serve customers
• Communicate complex information clearly to clients

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish (minimum C1 level)
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to detect risks
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with payment products or card services
• Previous experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance
