Junior AI Engineer/Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python applications leveraging machine learning models, LLM APIs, and cloud services
• Develop AI-powered tools and assistants to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences
• Design and deploy conversational AI solutions across web and messaging platforms
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for machine learning, analytics, and reporting
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop and test machine learning models for forecasting, personalization, and business optimization
• Translate business requirements from marketing, revenue, and operations teams into practical AI solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and document technical processes and system architectures

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Solid understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
• Experience working with APIs and both structured and unstructured data sources
• Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and API-based AI workflows
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience through internships, research projects, or freelance work involving AI and automation
• Exposure to real-world business applications of machine learning
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
• Understanding of ETL processes and pipeline design
