Junior Aeronautical PMO Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the program schedule including milestones, gates, and multi-lot dependencies
• Implement and monitor management routines, including project progress meetings and milestone reviews
• Consolidate the progress of technical deliverables (Design, ESI/MSI, Calculation/Justification)
• Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and contribute to mitigation plans
• Manage configuration and change control
• Produce management support tools such as KPIs, dashboards, management summaries, and action tracking
• Act as the interface between internal teams and the client
• Contribute to the improvement of aircraft development processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Project, Planisware, or Primavera P6
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting
• Knowledge of Power BI is appreciated
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint
• Rigorous and motivated to work on large-scale projects
