Junior Administration Accountant

Responsibilities

• Generate and update weekly outstanding reports using SAP
• Prepare weekly liquidity reports for multiple entities
• Verify project approvals and update outstanding reports to facilitate payment runs
• Post petty cash entries in SAP
• Arrange compliance approvals and secure payment authorizations for payment release
• Prepare and submit applications for letters of credit and supply chain finance to banks
• Maintain and regularly reconcile logs for letters of credit and supply chain finance
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in treasury operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on timely performance and problem resolution
