Junior Adaptation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of adaptation activities with different stakeholders
• Participate in Customer Adaptation projects
• Support prioritization and monitoring of demands
• Identify and report risks, problems, and dependencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Learn and apply Agile and Lean principles
• Support compliance with Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Functionality (QDCF) commitments

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related areas (completed or in progress)
• Experience in projects, operations, product development, or Customer Adaptation activities
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in a multifunctional environment

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
