About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with accreditation check-in, badge collection, and wristband distribution
- Verify identification documents and support registration procedures
- Provide guidance to accredited personnel regarding access and event policies
- Support queue management and visitor flow within the Accreditation Centre
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks within the accreditation system
- Prepare accreditation materials including badges, wristbands, and welcome packs
- Monitor stock levels of accreditation supplies
- Support access control teams and resolve basic accreditation issues
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment and ensure security compliance
