Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounts for Shipa Freight Solution LLC, KSK Logistics LLC, and Boxit4me Inc.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of company accounts and supervise complex accounting entries.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
• Coordinate financial activities and transactions with other Shipa entities and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Supervise banking transactions, manage cash flow, and develop accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Lead the annual audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, specifically within the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a junior management finance or accounting role.
• Proven professional experience working as an accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Experience managing both domestic and international banking operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
