About the role
Responsibilities
- Improve accounting data and charts
- Verify and reconcile statements of accounts for suppliers and customers regularly
- Generate sales reports for MAC Belgium and MAC Beirut
- Manage financial status and reporting for Mac Nigeria
- Handle supplier payments with banks in Belgium
- Monitor outstanding payments and advise the Operations department
- Perform budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor office expenses
- Validate client payment terms and collaborate with the CEO to improve terms
Requirements
- BA in Accounting or a similar field
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Effective oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French
