Junior Accountant Intern

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in Workday
• Review purchase orders and match them with invoices
• Manage vendor payments and creation of new supplier accounts
• Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations
• Review employee travel expense reports
• Assist with general accounting entries such as prepayments or accruals
• Assist with monthly reconciliations
• Assist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently studying Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related degree
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Fluent English speaker
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French or German
