Responsibilities
- Capture and review accounting policies and entries within the ERP system
- Prepare accounting, financial, and tax information reports for analysis
- Support and participate in the monthly closing process
- Identify and correct errors in data registration
- Control and monitor accounting accounts and analyze balances
- Coordinate and attend to audit reviews
- Perform general administrative and follow-up functions
Requirements
- Technical degree, University student, or Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accounting or administrative assistant in an accounting firm or company
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting systems
- Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in account analysis and review
