Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Accurately process intercompany transactions for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple ERP systems
• Adhere to standardized workflows, compliance requirements, and documented procedures
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or unusual entries to the Intercompany Team Leader or Specialists
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain thorough documentation for each transaction to support traceability and audit readiness
• Support month-end closing activities through timely and reliable task execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Strong command of the English language
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural environment
• Self-starter with strong planning, execution, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical accounting experience
