Junior Accountant Analyst

Responsibilities

• Record all intercompany transactions in JDE and SAP
• Reconcile all intercompany accounts to bank statements
• Perform intercompany invoicing and collection to ensure accurate and timely receipts
• Execute various accounting tasks including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support internal and external auditors during reviews and Sarbanes Oxley testing
• Provide accounting support for ad hoc requests, projects, and monthly journal entry control checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of work experience in accounting, including internships
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to run Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS in Excel
• High-level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime or mandatory weekends, especially during quarter ends
