Responsibilities

• Issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Maintain junior accounting records and ensure transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare and post accounting entries
• Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations in Xero
• Maintain supporting documentation for accounting records, audits, tax filings, and internal reviews
• Prepare and support all relevant Thai and Singapore tax filings
• Assist with audit preparation, audit support, and follow-up documentation
• Help identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and improve efficiency
• Support finance operations optimisation and process improvements
• Work closely with leadership and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 1 - 2 years of work experience
• Junior accounting experience, preferably in Thailand, Singapore or UK
• Familiarity with Thai accounting and tax requirements
• Understanding of AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting entries
• Native proficiency in Thai and a strong command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage
