Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally and Excel
• Manage sales, purchase, and inventory entries related to project materials
• Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance under senior management guidance
• Prepare monthly expense summaries and assist in internal audit reviews
• Support management with billing, quotations, and financial documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients for invoice clarifications and payment follow-ups

Requirements

• B.Com degree
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounts reconciliation
• Detail-oriented and disciplined with good communication skills
