Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry of daily accounting transactions
• Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain records of payments, receipts, and basic bookkeeping
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Track pending payments and follow up with clients and vendors
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices and financial records
• Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks

Requirements

• B.Com degree
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good data entry speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Tally ERP is a plus
