Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-tier advertisers/sellers on the Mr D platform
• Support Account Managers and Key Account Managers with administrative and executional tasks
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure campaign execution aligns with expectations
• Assist with campaign cost estimates, booking forms, and invoicing packs
• Coordinate asset collection from clients for design and campaign management teams
• Identify upsell opportunities within assigned portfolios based on performance metrics
• Maintain CRM hygiene and update client interactions and pipeline data
• Pull data extracts and basic dashboards for internal and external reporting
• Liaise with creative, analytics, finance, and merchandising teams for smooth execution

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or sales support
• Diploma or National Certificate in Marketing, Media, Commerce, or Communications preferred
• Relevant experience in advertising and media sales within FMCG/Shops
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
• Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts like CPM, CPA, and display
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
