We provide integrated total solutions for decentralized energy, from solar systems and battery storage to heat pumps, powered by our AI-driven platform Enpal.One+.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive growth by acquiring solar and heat pump installers as partners across Germany
• Guide partners from initial contact through to contract conclusion and smooth onboarding
• Identify and qualify new cooperation partners in the PV and heat pump industries
• Contact decision-makers via telephone, email, or LinkedIn
• Promote our sales financing platform to installers and answer initial inquiries
• Build and manage your own active sales pipeline independently
• Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM (Pipedrive)

Requirements

• Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (ideally in closing or process responsibility, e.g., AE, Partner Sales, Key Account, or BD)
• Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
• Ability to guide people clearly through processes
• High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
