About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth and performance for Amazon North America through promotions, content optimization, and assortment analysis
- Manage day-to-day operations with Amazon agencies, focusing on sales goals, profit, and operational excellence
- Support the growth of other e-commerce marketplaces, including TikTok Shop
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to audit and develop compelling PDP, A+ Premium, and storefront content
- Track sales performance against targets and manage new product launches from start to finish
- Monitor BSR, competitive activity, and the 3rd party seller landscape to address suppression or Brand Registry issues
- Coordinate account-specific promotions with internal marketing, social, demand planning, and operations teams
- Support the Key Account Manager in building strategic sales decks using data-driven insights
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Amazon or direct e-commerce business support
- Working knowledge of Amazon platforms (Seller/Vendor Central, Advertising tools, and Algorithms)
- Understanding of Digital Shelf best practices (Keyword Optimization, Enhanced Content, and Buy Box)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and conversion KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working with TikTok Shop
