Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with eCommerce clients, including SMEs and marketplace sellers.
• Coordinate with internal operations, customs, and last-mile teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment performance and visibility metrics, proactively flagging exceptions to clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to support revenue targets.
• Support the preparation of proposals, pricing sheets, and service bundles for logistics solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and activity logs within the CRM.
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day client queries and service-level concerns.
• Liaise with internal departments including IT, finance, and operations to ensure smooth service execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, logistics coordination, or client-facing sales roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze account data and produce clear performance summaries.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to eCommerce, cross-border shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Noon, or Amazon UAE.
• Basic understanding of fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and international shipping operations.
