Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of international licensed GUESS business by coordinating product assortments and maintaining brand standards.
• Assist in preparing seasonal showroom collections and presenting lines to regional partners.
• Collaborate with the Global Buying team to ensure regional assortments reflect seasonal direction.
• Collect, organize, and process purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Support partners by distributing tech packs and managing/tracking TOP samples for production accuracy.
• Analyze weekly selling reports and best/slow sellers to identify performance trends and market opportunities.
• Participate in monthly calls with licensees to review business results and discuss action plans.
• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for international licensees regarding sales, product information, and brand guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
