Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of sales and purchase bills using accounting software
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and update financial ledgers
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and other essential financial documents
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in general account reconciliation
• Handle petty cash and track daily business expenses
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and basic data analysis
• Coordinate with senior staff for accounting and audit-related tasks

Requirements

• B.Com degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the textile industry or a CA firm
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Live Wire, Tamanna, or Genius)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas and sheet management
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
