Jumbo Bag Stitching Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial stitching machines for the production of jumbo bags (FIBCs)
• Inspect fabric materials for defects and ensure proper alignment before stitching
• Perform accurate stitching according to product specifications, including seam strength and pattern alignment
• Conduct routine machine checks and perform basic maintenance or report malfunctions
• Monitor production output to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with 5S principles

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or textile environment
• Proven experience in stitching jumbo bags or similar industrial fabric products
• Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and quality checklists
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality consistency
