Juice Maker

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and mocktails according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, freshness, and visual presentation for every beverage
• Wash, cut, and prepare fruits and other fresh ingredients on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic juice station
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and requisitions
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of all fresh produce
• Support the bar and service teams during peak dining hours
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and fine dining service protocols
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Juice Maker in a fine dining restaurant or high-volume café
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, fruit blends, and beverage preparation
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail regarding cleanliness and presentation
• Professional grooming and a positive, energetic attitude
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Passion for fresh, healthy beverages and high-quality service
