Juice Bar Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks
• Order department materials, juice bar, and pro-shop items
• Manage deliveries using proper receiving procedures
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Replenish, monitor, and control inventory
• Provide customers with nutritional details and product descriptions
• Monitor drawer counts for accuracy every two hours
• Protect company assets from theft

Requirements

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely and repetitively
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a gym setting and move about club floors
• Proficiency in operating company computer systems for data entry and reports
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and manage a team
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
