Responsibilities
- Lead and manage air quality and emissions compliance programs
- Oversee Title V permitting, compliance, and reporting activities
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local air regulations
- Provide technical direction and regulatory interface support
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Engineering or a related science (Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Earth Science)
- Minimum of five years of experience in Title V permit compliance and air quality consulting
- Experience with TCEQ non-attainment area regulations
- Experience with Asbestos NESHAP and ozone-depleting substance (ODS) requirements
- United States citizenship
