Jr. Tax Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities including the calculation and issuance of indirect tax guides (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISSQN, IBS, CBS)
• Support internal stakeholders with tax guidance and proactively solve routine departmental issues
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to review ancillary obligations such as SPEDs, GIA, and DMS
• Validate tax calculations and CFOP codes to ensure data integrity and document quality
• Stay updated on Tax Reform to apply changes to company processes and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax routines, preferably within an industrial environment
• Degree in Accounting or Administration (completed or in progress)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Strong communication skills to provide clear tax support to other business areas
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ethics, transparency, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP (specifically FI and CO modules)
