About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and service flow
- Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple kitchen sections
- Ensure dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to McGettigan’s standards
- Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs to maintain consistency and quality
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, ordering, and HACCP compliance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Senior CDP or Jr. Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary skills with excellent knowledge of international cuisine
- Proven leadership abilities and experience supervising kitchen teams
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
