Jr. Site Supervision Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on site activities
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the construction process
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards
• Prepare site reports, snag lists, and progress updates

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage site activities independently and professionally
• Positive attitude, accountability, and a proactive approach to work
