Jr. Scrap Metal Buyer

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on training in the yard regarding material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics
• Support account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis
• Learn negotiation techniques and market dynamics to prepare for portfolio management
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence
• Transition to a full Account Manager role to manage clients, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
• Assist with reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end-to-end
