Jr. Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and effectively ensure compliance with Corrective and Preventive Action reports for internal complaints
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the quality system
• Maintain the product control plan and all related quality assurance process documentation as a living tool
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of improvement actions and track the achievement of quality objectives
• Prepare necessary documentation to ensure the correct functioning of quality assurance department activities

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (specialization in Quality preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and related regulations
• Experience in Metrology
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and 8D problem-solving methodologies
• English proficiency (70%)
• Basic negotiation skills
