Jr Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement cost-saving projects, plant maintenance, and modifications for new products, equipment, processes, or materials.
• Manage product labeling implementation by approving designs and printed materials in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Apply national standards and procedures when implementing alternative processes or product alternatives.
• Ensure the correct transfer and implementation of products manufactured by other subsidiaries or contract manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Planning and Manufacturing departments to manage the implementation of input changes and inventory depletion.
• Update applicable procedures and documentation for new or existing product updates.
• Draft, execute, and follow up on protocols involved in new project implementations.
• Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Storage Practices (GSP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1-2 months of experience in Projects, Product Development, Manufacturing, or Quality (preferred).
• Knowledge of local sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Intermediate English language skills.
