Jr Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Answer insurance telephone inquiries and perform pre-call analysis via IVR or web portals.
• Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-up.
• Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure first-point-of-contact resolution.
• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify reasons for underpayment and top denial reasons.
• Use appropriate coding to document denials and underpayments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues across multiple projects.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience level: Fresher (0 to 5 months).
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with at least 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong English communication skills (written and listening) with a neutral accent.
• Willingness to work US shift timings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
