Jr. Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management activities to maximize the value of the commercial aircraft and engine portfolio
• Assist in developing maintenance budgets and tracking performance against underwriting assumptions
• Forecast cash flows and monitor the maintenance status of the company's portfolio
• Perform lease audits and prepare performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Review lease documents to ensure compliance and extract necessary data
• Assist in the preparation of Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and lease summaries
• Create and maintain a database of lease summaries to support marketing packages
• Coordinate with the FSG and LIFT divisions on various transactions and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of experience as an Investment or Financial Analyst
• OR a Master's degree in Aviation Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with 1 year of experience as an Investment or Financial Analyst
• Proficient familiarity with all major commercial aircraft and engine types
• Strong financial and technical acumen regarding aircraft and engine leasing
• Working knowledge of market values and general maintenance programs for engines and aircraft
