Jr Manager, Human Resources LATAMC

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner for corporate leaders in Argentina and managed operations in the Southern Cone
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruitment strategy, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, succession planning, training, and engagement
• Oversee personnel administration, compensation, and benefits, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance
• Ensure compliance with local labor, social security, and tax laws, coordinating with payroll and external consultants
• Participate in workforce planning and budget processes, providing data-driven insights and management indicators
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion across the region

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in HR generalist roles with increasing levels of responsibility
• Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish
• Solid knowledge of Argentine labor law and its operational impacts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in regional structures or multinational companies
• Background in the tourism, hospitality, or service sectors
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools for people metrics
