Jr. Manager, GSS Training Projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead learning project meetings, including after-action reviews with key stakeholders.
• Manage learning project needs including budgets, legal reviews, LMS administration, and project timelines.
• Source, negotiate, and execute hotel and vendor contracts for in-person training programs.
• Oversee learner engagement and administrative tasks to ensure high-quality learner-facing experiences.
• Partner with HRMS teams to prepare and input content for LMS deployment and configuration.
• Provide change management support and strategic planning for new learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, learning operations, or training delivery support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), LMS, and Smartsheet.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes or working in a Global Shared Services environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and budgets concurrently.

• Experience supporting enterprise-level learning initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience applying marketing principles, such as branding and audience segmentation, to enhance learner engagement.
