Jr. Manager, GSS Audit Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute audit plans by creating programs, conducting testing, and ensuring documentation meets IIA standards.
• Assess compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support audit planning through scoping, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Review audit workpapers for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
• Assist in fraud-related investigations by analyzing transactional data and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and HR.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Risk teams to monitor the progress of issue remediation.
• Prepare draft audit reports and presentations communicating testing results and recommended actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting, analytics, or risk management.
• Solid knowledge of internal auditing and control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Shared Services Centers or complex, high-volume environments.
• Background in the hospitality, retail, or multi-location industries.
• Exposure to audit analytics, data analysis, or continuous monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting fraud reviews or compliance analytics.
