Jr. Infra Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 monitoring and operations based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers and storage systems
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements including drives, memory, and power supplies
• Ensure all equipment installation meets data center standards and best practices
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation
• Monitor data center facilities, including power, cabling, cooling, and generators
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a data center environment
• Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware (e.g., Dell/HP, EMC, Oracle Exadata)
• Familiarity with various operating systems
• Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as required
• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts based on project demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in Korean and English
• Experience in mission-critical environments
• Certifications in Linux, Windows, Storage, or Networking
• Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent experience and certification
