Jr. Fire Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of moderately complex fire protection projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide project management support including project setup, scope definition, risk identification, and resource coordination
• Maintain control of project schedules, costs, safety, and quality standards
• Present project updates and lifecycle status to management and customers
• Manage vendor relationships throughout the project installation phases
• Track project expenditures and maintain financial accountability through forecasting
• Perform job-site inspections to ensure workmanship meets installation standards
• Deliver professional support and timely resolution of customer concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent professional experience (minimum of five years)
• 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Expectation to obtain PMI / PMP certification within two years of hire
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and effective communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work cross-functionally
