Jr. DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process
• Develop and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on VMWare or AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across all stages of the development lifecycle
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and architecture

Requirements

• 0-2 years of DevOps related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or 5 years of relevant experience)
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification (DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
