About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for TeamViewer software via phone and email
  • Assist end-users with setup, product functionality, and administrative billing questions
  • Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and forward leads to the appropriate teams
  • Perform customer satisfaction calls and participate in service delivery surveys
  • Follow up on outstanding service issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish at a business level
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software
  • High level of IT and technical knowledge with a strong interest in the IT field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer care role
