Jr. Art Director

Responsibilities

• Create original communications concepts and ideas to meet clients’ strategic business intent and objectives
• Collaborate with the wider creative team, driving art direction and design from start to end
• Set standards with multiple approaches in multivariate/optimization efforts and generate original visual directions across integrated channels
• Develop and design impactful and original ideas that help bring communications campaigns to life
• Demonstrate and maintain excellence in layout, typography, illustration, photography, and new creative arenas
• Support Senior Art Creatives and take personal responsibility for on-time deliverables
• Work with Associate Creative Director(s) and Executive Creative Director(s) to ensure maximum effectiveness of various concepts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as professional Art Based Creative/Designer in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign conceptualization and execution
• Mastery in layout, typography, illustration, and design
• Highly skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar design software
• Understanding of technical possibilities and limitations of Web development (CSS, HTML5, etc.)
• Strong understanding of information design and web topology
• Keen eye for detail and ability to communicate design solutions with confidence
