Jr. Analyst, GSS FP&A

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Consolidate revenue, expense, headcount, and operational assumptions into planning systems
• Analyze monthly actuals versus budget and forecast to identify and explain key performance drivers
• Prepare management reporting packs and data for scenario and sensitivity modeling
• Support month-end close activities, including preparing and recording manual journal entries and accruals
• Maintain data integrity and audit-ready documentation for all budgeting and forecasting cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role
• Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations
• Experience with planning tools like Hyperion or Oracle EPM is highly preferred
