Jr. Analyst, GSS Billing

Responsibilities

• Support the billing function by assisting with accurate and timely billing activities for hotel and franchise operations.
• Perform routine billing tasks, revenue validations, and data maintenance under established procedures.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of franchise billing and royalty rate data.
• Identify and support cases requiring manual billing by gathering data and entering transactions in Oracle AR.
• Receive, log, and classify billing inquiries, routing them to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain and update basic property account information, including transfers, amendments, and openings.
• Support collaboration with AR, Collections, Cash Application, and IT teams to track and resolve billing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2+ years of experience in Billing, Order to Cash (O2C), or Accounts Receivable.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.
• Basic understanding of billing processes, revenue concepts, and accrual fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills to validate data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in following defined procedures, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle AR preferred) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Exposure to ticketing systems or CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
