Jr. Analyst, GSS AP Processing

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor master data management.
• Process and post AP invoices (PO, Non-PO, T&E, recurring) accurately within Oracle and AP tools.
• Validate supporting documentation to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
• Execute payment processing activities, including payment runs and resolution of basic payment exceptions.
• Maintain vendor master data, including creation, updates, and bank information.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations, aging reviews, and support the resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist with AP month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate transaction recording.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance activities by preparing necessary documentation and work papers.

Requirements

• Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Foundational knowledge of AP processes and basic understanding of Accounting and Finance principles.
• Initial experience or exposure to Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Global Shared Services Center.
• Experience in a high-volume or hospitality industry environment.
