Jr. Analyst, Accounting Governance

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounting Governance processes for a group of legal entities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts, including cash, prepaid, accruals, and equity.
• Execute journal entries related to accruals, allocations, reclassifications, amortizations, and payroll.
• Support period-end close activities and internal controls execution.
• Assist with process standardization and improvement projects within the Finance Organization.
• Maintain Work Breakdown Structure master data and handle intercompany non-trade postings.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• English proficiency (60-70%).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and act as a self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Technical Degree in Accounting.
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Experience in a customer service or professional business environment.
