Jr. AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Listen to live merchant calls to gather insights for workflow design
• Conduct expert interviews with product specialists and Support leads
• Design end-to-end agentic workflows by orchestrating merchant signals and system data
• Lead discovery and design for new merchant-support workflows
• Expand and stress-test the library of agentic workflows for logic and reliability
• Manage localization of workflows to account for different market compliance and product rules
• Analyze production data post-launch to prioritize content and data-source improvements
• Collaborate with the AI team on deployment and with Support on local nuances

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, analyst roles, product management, conversational AI, or support operations
• Comfort working with large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data
• Design-forward mindset focused on integrated solutions
• Genuine customer empathy and comfort observing live merchant interactions
• Ability to handle multi-market complexity and compliance rules
• Strong logical reasoning to identify edge cases in workflows
• Ownership-driven approach to leading discovery phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or agentic frameworks
• Experience with Claude Code
• Background in conversational or voice AI
• Experience with merchant-facing products or payments and acquiring
