Jr AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain AI-enabled workflows, including drafting assistance, summarization, and structured data extraction.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards and low-code automations within Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise environments.
• Support incident platform configuration (e.g., WebEOC) including boards, forms, routing, and conditional workflows.
• Implement and document Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) settings in alignment with government policies.
• Develop technical documentation, including system administration guides, operational runbooks, and configuration baseline packages.
• Maintain AI governance documentation, such as an AI Use-Case Register, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Provide technical support and reporting services to ensure the operational readiness of the Strategic National Stockpile.
• Participate in configuration reviews and support incident surge operations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of professional experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with dashboarding, automation, and configuring enterprise-level platforms (e.g., WebEOC).
• Experience utilizing AI government documentation.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7, with the ability to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes and report to a designated location within 90 minutes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong English language skills and ability to manage requests from multiple organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a government agency.
• Knowledge of Section 508 Compliance.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center Unified Security Platform.
