Jr AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, sustainment, and user support for protective services reporting systems.
• Implement AI-enabled workflow enhancements, including drafting assistance, summarization, and structured data extraction.
• Configure and maintain incident platform boards, forms, routing, and conditional workflows.
• Develop and maintain low-code workflows and operational dashboards within Microsoft 365 or comparable environments.
• Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation and ensure compliance with NIST and OMB standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, including configuration baselines, system administration guides, and AI use-case registers.
• Prepare monthly reports covering ticket summaries, system availability, and audit log summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred).
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and automation.
• US Citizenship or US Person status with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7 and respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a government agency.
• Knowledge of Section 508 Compliance.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center Unified Security Platform.
