Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic commercial projects
• Coordinate activities between commercial, operational, and logistics departments
• Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
• Follow up on expansion plans and profitability initiatives
• Propose innovative solutions focused on efficiency and customer experience
• Participate in the development of sustainable growth strategies

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture
• 2+ years of experience in sales, field prospecting, negotiation, or commercial planning
• Understanding of commercial and operational processes (order management, dispatch, and distribution)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis)
• Experience using SAP
• English proficiency at a B2 level (conversational)
• Valid driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle (gasoline support provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous participation in trainee programs, leadership seedbeds, or student groups
• Experience in mass consumption, retail, logistics, or distribution industries
• Experience in commercial expansion projects or route optimization
• Knowledge of agile methodologies or multidisciplinary teamwork
• Familiarity with Power BI, ERP, or CRM systems
