Joven Profesional – Financiero/Crédito y Cobro

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of financial solutions (B2B and B2C) to improve liquidity indicators.
• Elaborate and update commercial presentations for training teams, sales forces, and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for B2C solutions, addressing client inquiries and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist the commercial force with credit requests, approvals, and disbursements to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain informative dashboards to track financial indicators and support monthly strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with financial allies to provide support regarding documentation, overdue portfolios, and special requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely availability of contracts, invoices, and communication materials.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, commercial roles, or the financial/retail sector (B2B credits or payment methods).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting).
• English level B2 (intermediate/advanced) with conversational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in trainee programs, leadership seedbeds, or student groups.
• Experience participating in commercial projects.
• Strong soft skills including critical thinking, negotiation, and strategic orientation.
